Homage to the stethoscope, invented in France in 1816 by René Laennec in Paris. It consisted of a wooden tube and was monaural. Laennec invented the stethoscope because he was uncomfortable placing his ear on women's chests to hear heart sounds. The perfect gift for the doctor and medical student.
Measuring 24" by 36" each poster fits standard poster frames with ease and are perfect for custom framing. Each print comes hand rolled, wrapped in protective tissue and ships in a rigid box for protection.
Your poster will be printed with premium long lasting inks on the finest photographic paper for rich saturation and fine detail. The paper we use is an ultra premium luster photo paper - slightly glossy (between a gloss and matte finish). The paper weight is 7.67 oz/y² (260 g/m²) - 0.25 mm thick.
Each order is hand wrapped and shipped in a rigid box for great protection and easier removal.
